WE WILL DISCUSS EVERYTHING WITH YOU BEFOREHAND AND YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO HAVE SOMEONE WITH YOU

INITIAL CONSULTATION

We always put our focus on our customers. We want you to find the design that perfectly suits you. We will discuss your needs to help you make an informed decision.


 YOUR APPOINTMENT

Our aim is that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. Our BSA CERTIFIED technicians will discuss how the process works and go through any relevant medical history with you.

EAR EXAMINATION

We will perform a physical examination of your ears to ensure that your ears are capable of having moulds or impressions taken.  If there are problems such as excessive wax we will recommend a course of action and rebook a later appointment.

THE HARD PART

We will discuss with you what options are relevant to your needs and take payment in the form of Cash or Card – we will not pressure you into taking options that aren't needed, that’s a guarantee.

IMPRESSION TIME

We will prepare the impression material and your ears for the taking of an ear impression.  The impression material will then be 'inserted' into your ears very precisely.  The whole process only takes around 10-15 minutes per ear!!

CREATING THE FINISHED MOULDS

We take your moulds away to be finished off and any extra requirements added.  They are then delivered to you by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For so please ensure someone is around to sign for your new ear plugs.
